Durlacher Allee redevelopment Karlsruhe

On the site of Karlsruhe’s former municipal transport depot on Durlacher Allee and Tullastraße, a quarter with modern office and service space will be completed by 2021. The L-shaped complex consists of several building sections with an increasing number of storeys and has a floor space of 21,000 m². A three-storey building was constructed over the existing railway tracks. The project was carried out using building information modelling.
