KREBS+KIEFER is providing the co-ordination services according to construction site ordinance (SiGe-Ko) in the planning and execution phase for the new construction of the administrative centre with associated day-care centre. It was therefore gratifying that the work has thus far proceeded without any major accidents.

The new construction, costing nearly EUR 80 million, is the first of three possible construction phases. In his speech, Dr Salomon emphasised that it will be primarily focused on the realisation of the second construction phase due to the numeric growth of urban employees.

The involvement of 840 employees is planned for November 2016.
