A time capsule was inlaid into the foundation block during the foundation stone ceremony. It contains a current-day newspaper, construction plans, digital media with details about the build-ing and a pack of coins to finance the decryption of the data, which is expected to be happening very far in the future and therefore anticipated to be quite expensive.

The building is of solid construction and consists of an office wing and a vehicle depot. Eleven parking spaces for vehicles, changing rooms for a force of 140, an exercise yard with practice towers, as well as parking for staff and visitors are all planned into the total area of 2,390 m2.

KREBS+KIEFER is responsible for planning the support structures, the sound proof certificate i.a.w. DIN 4109, the room acoustics, and the noise immersion protection. Building completion is projected for late summer of 2019.
