Inauguration of the research and development centre of the Deutsche Amphibolin-Werke (DAW) in Gerstungen

At the location in Gerstungen, the new research and development centre of DAW SE (Deutsche Amphibolin-Werke) was inaugurated on 28 August 2017.

The centre consists of an office building with laboratory spaces and a hall with workspaces for inspection and application technology. The construction sum is around €4.7 million.

KREBS+KIEFER already supported DAW in the early phase of determination of planning context as a building consultant.

By means of particularly intense cooperation during design and implementation planning, the customer’s requirements could be optimally allowed for.

On this basis, a functional tender was drawn up and implemented in a GU-detailed lump-sum contract.

During the construction phase, KREBS+KIEFER took on site management and site supervision and also supported DAW by providing partial project management services.
The property was built on time and on budget.
