The future construction site is located in the heart of Frankfurt in the immediate vicinity to the Hauptwache plaza. Limited availability of land as well as high traffic volume around the grounds and integration of the construction site operation into the inner-city area are some of the framework conditions for this project.
KREBS+KIEFER will participate in optimising the construction logistical processes in such a way that any effects on the surrounding inner-city areas will be kept to a minimum, while at the same time the construction site operation can proceed with as few restrictions as possible.

In addition to the construction logistics performances, KREBS + KIEFER has been commissioned with coordinating health and safety for the demolition of the existing development. In doing so, the certain and thus cost-efficient cooperation of companies and trades involved is the prime objective.

Because of the inner-city location, minimising noise and dust emissions is an essential task within the scope of coordination Furthermore, special focus is also on the protection and safeguarding of heritage-protected facades.
