The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BlmA), represented by the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning, is planning an extension to the Bundesrat with a visitor center on the property at Leipziger Straße 2 in Berlin-Mitte. This will close the last gap between the commercial buildings at Leipziger Platz 9-11 in the west and the Bundesrat building in the east.
